The reverse of the coin depicts the beautiful colored image of St. John, at the center of the cross shape over a blue background. The obverse of the coin features the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and the inscriptions: “ELIZABETH II” – the name of the Queen, “NIUE” – the issue country and “2 DOLLARS” – the face value and “2014” – the year of issue.
